Goods that you "Do Not Want or Deffective" 

If you ordered some merchandise that you do not want to keep, then we can accept them if they are unused (it is important to understand that we will refuse returns of items that have been used even once). If you have used or washed the merchandise then we will not accept the return. Defective merchandise can also be returned for an exchange or refund within 25 days of purchase, while International customers will be allowed 35 days for their returns. Please be advised that Shipping & Handling are non refundable and we strongly suggest that you contact us to ensure the eligibility of your return. Be advised that customers will be completely responsible for all shipping charges in a returns transaction, inclusive of charges to return the new merchandise to the customer.

Non - Returnable Merchandise

Please be advised that items such as underwear, body jewelry, bathing suits, bikinis, Rasta Clothing Company gift cards, board shorts, CUSTOM built on demand/ordering items and clearance merchandise will not be accepted as returns or exchange. 

Product Guarantee 

We guarantee all goods to be 100% factory new. We will either offer a refund or replace any goods that are not in new condition (when purchased as a new item). If you experience a problem with an item, please email us.

Pre - Ordered Items

Most pre - ordered items will be shipped within 4 - 8 weeks, unless noted otherwize.

PS. In those rare cases where our suppliers fail to deliver on time on pre-ordered items. Your Rasta Clothing Company A/C will be credited the initial amount of your order in full, upon your request, while we continue to source alternative suppliers or manufacturers.

Rasta Clothing Company takes no responsibility for items that are deleted untimely or without prior notice from third party catalogs, as we have no control, over such actions.

Product Prices

We reserve the rights to change the price(s) of any & all items displayed on this website without prior notice.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

PS. Some custom made items like Marley Neclace & Pendants, Ludo Boards etc. if not in stock at time of purchase, due to the high demand for such items and thus have to be manufactured, will be shipped within 10-21 days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For customers placing orders from outside the U.S.A that require tracking, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that includes the cost of tracking, as regular shipping methods do not include a charge for tracking. Tracking is an additional charge by the shipping companies. As stated "shipping" "tracking".

For those purchasing classic or collectors vinyl, we suggest you upgrade your shipping method to afford yourself a safer form of shipping, especially where shipping over-seas or outside the U.S.A is required or involved.

Be advised, all items will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of all funds in US$$. Absolutely 100% no exceptions unless pre-authorized by Rasta Clothing Company. 

Custom Charges

Please bear in mind, our shipping charges are just that, a charge for shipping. If custom charges are required to be paid by your country on any transaction/purchase from rastaclothingcompany.com, all customers will need to make appropriate arrangements to have such amounts paid. Please contact your local or international custom department to pay such amounts.
